*DELIVERY UPDATE: May Bank Holiday*
Our warehouse will operate as normal over the Bank Holiday Weekend. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same-day, as usual.
DPD will be operating their normal delivery service so there should be no delays.
Royal Mail are closed on Sunday 2nd May and Monday 3rd May. Any UK Standard Delivery orders placed after 2pm on Saturday 1st April will be processed but not dispatched until Tuesday 4th May due to the Bank Holiday.

UK Standard Delivery
UK Standard Delivery starts at just £3.50 and is available for all orders between 0kg and 1.5kg in weight. All UK Standard Delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which Royal Mail aim to deliver all parcels within 2-3 working days. This service is fully trackable, you will receive updates via SMS as well as by Email; you can also download the Royal Mail App to track your order. Any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed over the weekend but not dispatched until Monday. DPD Next Working Day
DPD Next Working Day Delivery is available for all orders between 0kg and 30kg in weight, the price is calculated at the checkout and can vary depending on the weight of your order. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day, orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following day. This is their premium Next Day service that is full trackable from start to finish – your tracking number will be attached to your order dispatch email. DPD aim to deliver all parcels on the next working days but guarantee that ALL parcels are delivered within 5 working days. DPD Next Working Day delivery is free on all orders over £50*! We also offer Saturday and Sunday delivery via DPD.
Please note that all orders dispatched on Friday with DPD Next Working Day delivery won’t be delivered until Monday. For weekend delivery, please select either DPD Saturday or DPD Sunday Delivery at the checkout.
DPD Saturday & Sunday Delivery
Perfect for when those last minute weekend cravings hit! The cut-off for DPD Saturday Delivery is 4pm on Friday – you must select ‘DPD Saturday Delivery’ at the checkout. The cut-off for DPD Sunday Delivery is 2pm on Saturday – you must select ‘DPD Sunday Delivery’ at the checkout. We offer FREE DPD Saturday and Sunday Delivery on all orders over £80!
Order Dispatch & Cut-Off Times
Any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. All DPD orders placed before 3pm on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the same day. Standard Delivery orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed over the weekend but they will not be dispatched until Monday.
Delivery will be made to the address provided during the check-out process. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am and 5pm. You must ensure that your delivery address is easily accessible and that someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery (if required). If no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery, a re-delivery charge may be incurred.
Free Delivery over £50
Free DPD Next Working Day Delivery is available to all orders over £50 in mainland United Kingdom. Please note that Free Delivery does not apply to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight. We are working hard to add a free delivery option for these areas but this is still in development.
As the items that we sell are perishable we do not accept returns. If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately in writing by emailing [email protected] along with photographic evidence. If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel as damaged upon receipt.
