Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! You are able to cancel your order up until it dispatches which is usually within 24 hours of the order being placed.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. You can also reach out directly by email to hello@sosweetshop.co.uk, the inbox is monitored 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. We will aim to respond within 24 hours.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number which you can use to get live updates right up until the delivery date. - If you need any help, please get in touch.

There's a problem with my order, what do I do?

We're really sorry to hear this! Our team will be more than happy to help you with this.

Please email our customer services team at hello@sosweetshop.co.uk with details of the issue and any relevant information (e.g. order number) and photographs if necessary.

Shipping

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship outside of the UK. Our team are working hard to introduce worldwide shipping but we want to make sure that our UK customers receive the best service that we can possible offer before we expand globally.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 working days. Next day shipping is available on all orders.

How secure is my payment

Our payment system is 100% secure so you can pay with peace of mind. We encrypt all payment data and use 3D secure checkouts and PCI-compliant servers. You're in safe hands!

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, we offer payment via Clearpay. You can shop now and pay over 6 weeks, always interest free. Just select 'Clearpay' at the checkout.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer a few different payment options at the checkout: Debit/Credit Card, PayPal or Clearpay. All payment data is fully encrypted and secure so you can pay with peace of mind.

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of goods that we sell we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with a product being incorrect or damaged then please reach out to hello@sosweetshop.co.uk and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

Our entire Sweetzone range is halal and very tasty. You can see the full range of our halal selection here

When will my favourite product return?

We are always looking to keep best sellers in stock. If we do not have your favourite in stock currently, trust us we are working on it.

Dietary requirements
